Ximena Margarita Øvrid (b. 1983) is a Norwegian / Chilean artist with a degree in Design & Textile and Drawing, Shape & Color at Elvebakken and Sogn VGS, as well as studies in Creativity, Innovation & Business Development at Kristiania University College.

And

Ximena already started as a child to show interest in the creative and today has a studio at Flytårnet kultursenter at Fornebu. She has assignments for both companies and private individuals to paint to order.

Ximena Margarita Øvrid: »Holmenkollen» Decoration for PwC.

Ximena Margarita Øvrid (born 1983) is an anorwegian / chilean artist with education in Design & Textile and Drawing, Shape & Color at Elvebakken and Sogn high school, as well as studies in Creativity, Innovation & Business Development at Kristiania College.
The artistic skills runs in the family, her great-great grandfather Pablo Burchard (1875-1964) was a famous Chilean artist who won the Premio Nacional De Arte Prize in 1944.
Ximena already started as a child to show interest in the creative and has recently started exploring this page further. In 2015, she was given the opportunity to decorate the wall of a meeting room at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and the result was an abstract wall painting of Holmenkollen in various gray tones. She is engaged with details in her paintings, as you can see with the Norwegian flag in color.
In 2016, she was again asked to paint a picture for PwC and this resulted in a more personal abstract painting. "Flower Girl". Here, she also has a colorful detail in the butterfly, while at the same time seeing that the background is in a bit of dreams.
